Enock is professionally an independent researcher for several years. He researches on government and accountability, globalisation and regional integration, natural resources and environmental management, implementation of sustainable development, rural and urban development, service delivery, social protection, realisation of sustainable development goals, climate change as well as inclusive growth. In cooperation with Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF), a policy research think tank in Tanzania, Enock has done extensive research covering several thematic areas and projects. He has acted as a field supervisor for these projects, namely, Field Evaluation of REA Funded Projects (2021), National Governance and Corruption Survey 2020 Project (2020), Impact Evaluation for Scaling Seeds and Technologies Partnership (SSTP) Adoption Farmers Survey in Tanzania Project Phase 2 (2018), and Baseline Survey on Impact Evaluation of the Patient Procurement Platform (PPP) and Winners Insurance Projects Phase 2 in Tanzania (2016). He has also acted as a research assistant for AMDT – Endline Study for Sunflower Project (2021), Pamoja (Thrive) World Vision Tanzania Endline Evaluation Study (2021), Research Study on Cross Border Trade, Trade Related Policies & and Regional Integration (2021), Impact Assessment in Local Government Authorities – Tasaf Phase 2 (2020), Evaluation of the Zanzibar Universal Social Pension Scheme (ZUPS) to Assess the Impact of the Social Pension on Recipients and their Families (2018), Performance Evaluation for Scaling Seeds and Technologies Partnership (SSTP) Adoption Farmers Survey in Tanzania Project Phase 1 (2017), Baseline Survey on Impact Evaluation of the Patient Procurement Platform (PPP) and Winners Insurance Projects Phase 1 in Tanzania (2016), and Baseline Survey in Local Government Authorities – TASAF Phase 1 (2016).

Enock possesses extensive knowledge and vast experience in working with local government authorities (LGAs), ability to use CAPI in data collection, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, accurate report writing of gathered data, awareness on research skills and ethical considerations, networking, team building and organisation structure, exceptional ability to interact with heterogonous populations and cultures. He also has excellent understanding of legislation, sustainable development goals, climate change, regulations, human rights policies and procedures for programme and project development.
